Haku from Miyazaki's "Spirited Away"
A white asian-styled dragon inspired by Miyazaki's "Spirited Away"
About this creation
Here's one of my first non-mecha creations. Haku in his dragon form from Miyazaki's film "Spirited Away." If you haven't seen this masterpiece then you're missing out on a cool flick. It's like the Japanese version of "Alice in Wonderland" but alot freakier and it makes more sense. See it!

Close up showing head detail. I especially like the use of the red flag for the tongue.

I used 9 Kopaka bodies to make the snake-like torso. After the first four I had to reverse the Kopaka torsos to make the dragon's body bend the opposite way.

The actual dragon sported green fur on the back but...oh well! work with what ya got!

you know, i've never really been into the whole anime thing, but i somewhat liked this movie. also, i've always liked dragons. i really like this MOC. the chinese dragon always seemed so elegant to me.(and acording to that one special on animal planet, they where the first to use fire as a tool, but that is off topic.) i really like this MOC. great job, dude.

Nice dragon!! Is it as posable as your other creations? Never saw the movie but excellent use of the flag as the tongue, you couldn't have picked a better piece! Keep up the great building, it's good to finally see someone on a level as high as you in this department!
