The Church and the Catacombs
Built for Classic Castle's CCCV in the Castle Spaces category. A church with catacombs for a basement.
About this creation
Built for Classic Castle's CCCV in the Castle Spaces category. A church with catacombs for a basement. Kind of a death and faith in a afterlife theme going on. Enjoy!

I love the stained glass work and the use of the hubs. I hope you post more pics of the catacombs as well.

I think I saw this on that one history channel show "citys of the underworld". Very, very nice by the way.

I'll second that with the stairs, and two thumbs up for the stained glass windows! Beautiful design, nice clean look, and wonderful attention to detail. Just terrific!

A fabulous design - the stairs would have to be my favourite element. Lee.

Great use of Lego pieces to achieve various effects. The small white candles and flanking red/blue stained windows are particularly good. The arrangement of the diorama is perfect; there is good line-of-sight and lighting into each part of the building.

Wow. I love little scenarios like this. Excellent job. There is something cool to look at everywhere. The "stained glass" came out great.
