About this creation

This creation was constructed for a contest on classic-castle.com. The idea was to depict a story through a series of 4 vignettes

The story is that a nasty husband has somehow convinced his wife that her father is dead & has loaded his "corpse" onto a wagon to be buried alive in some pit. The father regains his witts a little way down the road, but instead of returning the man to his home the villianous peasant attacks the old man with his stick, keeps his payment, & continues merrily down the road. Wink

The story was inspired by a short scene in "Monty Python's Holy Grail," but the actual portrayal is a bit different from the film, & it's not meant to be a direct copy

I tried to take the idea a step further with the idea of creating a modular vignette village

WOW, these little scenes are so cool and have so many details! I especially like the rocks around the window! The ability to snap them together makes them even better! Great MOCs!

OK, so it's not exactly like the Holy Grail sketch, but still a very nice vig. You get a bonus for making it modular.

A VERY cool vig and nice take on the classic "revenge on the parent-in-law" thingy. In particular I LOVE the modular apsect with the facades back to back. That opens up all sorts of possibilities...Best of luck with the comp!
