This is a fantastic build. I LOVE the design of the tripods in the movie because, somehow, they're terrifying without even doing anything. You have totally captured that aspect with this MOC, even though it isn't perfectly detailed.

I looked at it and was..no way...no way..no way someone could make something that AWESOME. and when it had the light ups...I went insane.. This is absoultely insane (in an AWESOME way) I honestly was waiting for someone to build an excellent tripod- it is one of my favorite mechs..of all time.

Dude, ever since I saw that movie I wanted to make a Lego creation out of it. This is absolutely perfect! The way how you built the eyes and how they light up is very cool! The legs are a little straight. That's all I have to complain about but I give you five smileys!

Great work on the eyes, I especially like the accurately built "hood" over the central eye. Details are very good too, you've included the two cages and the front "airlock." The integration of the LED lights is best part of your tripod.
