Interesting design...
But as for the "bad boy" comment, explain how a single, chk'laak'aal pilot, would be capable of controlling that many weapons with that many trajectories, WITHOUT GOING INSANE. Even a scout strider could destroy it. 'Course, it IS a police vehicle, so it's weapons probably go up the scale of lethality.
