O Toa Neo do gelo, é o mais sábio e calmo do grupo. Tem a Kanohi Ortakk, a máscara do Gelo(disfarçada de Akaku Nuva) e a Hatori Sunaka, o cajado da clarividência. Como matoran, ele trabalhava no Centro Histórico de Ko-Neo e usava dois ganchos de gelo e uma Kanohi Akaku.

The Toa Neo of ice, is the most wise and calm of the group. Wears the Kanohi Ortakk, the mask of Ice(disguised as a Akaku Nuva) and the Hatori Sunaka, the staff of clarividence. As matoran he worked in the Ko-Neo Historic Center and weras two ice hooks and a Kanohi Akaku
