About this creation
Far from the busy galactic trade-routes, in low orbit around the third moon of the Gehanna planetary system, lies Lucifer Station. An advanced bio-engineering facility deemed too dangerous to be located in the colonies, its construction was almost completely funded by a single anonymous donor. This nameless benefactor insisted on only two things: the position of the station around the dead Gehannan moon, and it’s somewhat uncomfortable moniker. Quickly nicknamed “Lucy” by the scientists and their families upon arrival, the station operated successfully for several years, pushing the field of bio-engineering into startling new directions.
After a time though, status reports from the station grew more and more sporadic until, eventually, all contact with the Lucy and her crew stopped. A short time later, astronomers detected massive gravitational fluctuations emanating from Gehanna III. The stations orbit decayed rapidly and in a few short weeks it disappeared entirely – assumed lost on the surface of the dead moon. Years passed and Lucifer Station was all but forgotten until suddenly, unexpectedly, it reappeared, locked in a low geo-synchronous orbit around Gehanna III.
A short time later a faint transmission was detected emanating from the station, repeating itself every 16 seconds. Incredibly, the message seemed to be a distress call from a young girl, apparently the sole survivor on the station following whatever catastrophe had befallen the Lucy and her crew. Public sentiment welled at the prospect of a young child marooned in the cold depths of space, and a rescue team was hastily dispatched. Two months later they arrived at Gehanna III, stunned to find Lucifer Station not only present, but now physically attached to the moon by an array of titanic cables and hoses. With the message still endlessly broadcasting, the team boarded the station and began their search…
They seemed…unprepared for what they found there, which is odd given the fact that, in retrospect, the message really could not have been any clearer. The message…it’s words rang in the mind of the last surviving member of the rescue team as he ran, words he had heard a thousand times over, but who’s meaning he had only recently grasped…

Cool & creepy!
But what's the biological aspect of Lucy if she's the product of bio-engineering? The whip? |

Nice story. I actually liked it more than the lego, although I really liked the idea of the whip. HAHA "My name is Lucy. I am alone here. It is very dark and I am very hungry. Please help me." Duh. She wanted something to eat and, what better delicacy than human flesh? Lucy for Lucifer. That's cute. |

I think I get the plot line: It was a Bio-Tech lab, and somthing went wrong when it crashed and it came alive, and so it let out a distress call, but it was hungry for Bob!(tell me if i'm wrong, please!).oh yeah, and nice use of the station being built in the 'up-side-down' technique! Great MOC! |

The story and creation is totally wicked! I enjoy the building techniques and colors :). You must have seen Aliens 2, the movie, because the story resembles it very closely... a lone survivor girl on a station that lost contact in a remote area of space, although she did not send out a distress signal. Yet, I think this correlation of story makes this piece all the more vivid to me- very good job. |

Enjoyable storyline and some great parts usage (as is so often the case with you!). I can't help feeling you're delving into your dark side. Oh not the story, or Lucy. That's all in a days work...but, what are you doing to poor Bob!!! You know accountants can't stand surprises! |
