Ready for action! Any time and any place! (Really, ANY place) The Haz can fight where no mech has fought before!
About this creation
The FA-1-380 or Haz is an experimental combat hardsuit used in battlefields that have exceedingly harsh environments, hence the name "Haz". From the freezing plains to searing lava flows, toxic facilities and even the dead of space, this "walking environment" can go just about anywhere. It's state of the art systems include an automatic insulation injector to vital systems in different types weather, an advanced self-cooling system and a tightly sealed two-seater cabin that can have it's internal temparature tweaked so that it can be used in any invironment in the world. Though the price tag on it is just as astounding as it's enviro-systems. At a mind-blowing $18,000,000 dollars, there aren't very many on the battlefield.....
....So if the systems on the machine are gonna be big, better give it some big guns too. It's total armament includes two pulse cannons (on top), four 30mm cannons (arms) and two .50 machine guns (sides). But the weapons can be switched out to meet the missions' specifications. The arms also have a large rail system so there can be two extra weapons on each arm.
It's also gotta be fast, so it's got a rather large jet on the back. Though the fact that it's facing directly backwards doesn't help much eh? (For all it's special abilities it could really use a better acceleration system. What type of scientists are they....Oh wait, that's me...*sob*......) Anyways, (better already?), the jet can be switched out for other things like jumpjets and even (bet you can't guess) more guns!!!!!
Top cannon shot, this is the heat ventilator. The cannons can have two firing modes, Stun and Destroy (Hey, what part of BUILT IN A DAY do you not understand?!?).....................
Rail mount system. Nothing special. I have a big sword that can be mounted on the side.
There were a lot of things I took into consideration before building this (Ha ha! In a day! Bah! I laugh at you! Faker! SCAM!!!...Noooo, you aren't that mean......right?). I especially wanted to get how it looked right. But there was no inspiration. So I compiled different elements of different mechs that make up the Haz. The primary sources were a Zaku, a AT-AP and most influential, an "Ivan" VS (vital suit for you video game deprived folk...). I also wanted to give it really sharp angles too to make it as fearsome looking as possible. Though it was a little difficult to make it look cool and still make it a sturdy mech.
Front shot. I bet you're wondering how to get the pilolts inside huh? I bet you figured it out eh? Well I got a bit of a twist for you
(Unless you already saw you dirty cheat)... Naw naw, just look. But seriously....CHEATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, no, no... The front doesn't open up like you'd think. But actually, the whole thing just flips over the whole of the mech. A little play on the VS' hatch, I just took it a little far. By the way that's me in it. I am a man of many talents.
Here you can see all the components and lighting in the rather spacious cabin. I found this old truck seating piece that has two seats that neatly fit across about 8 studs. It can fit two steering wheels (Why? Don't ask) and a small 2x1 plate that get's stuffed inbetween the pilots. That's about it, the rest was explained beforehand. Enjoy, and remember BUILT IN A DAY!!! I CAN'T BE ANY CLEARER!!!!! SO PLS GO EASY ON THE REVIEWS!!! Oh, and thanks for looking!
I can Imagine very good that you built this during one day, because I did something like that too. When I created the trike I spent two almost fully loaded days with breaks of two hors in total I think (46 hrs). I think you want to sleep right now, because I was totally numb after taking pictures on snow that was melting away fast during that period. Also my eyes began to become werewolf red. Respect for your work and creation bro!
seems too large and complicated to be considered a "hardsuit" Its more of a BattleMech, especially since it has 2 pilots. It also seems too small to wield that many weapons with ease. Wheres the ammo going to go? Is it just going to have like 100 rounds for each weapon? But hey, its LEGO! and im glad your creative juices are flowing. keep it up.
