I am very impressed with the sense of abstract design you've accomplished with this. This has me thinking, inter dimensional giant mechanical flea. Looks rather other-worldly. I just learned worldly is a word.

this is neat, it reminds me of the flood infection forms of the halo series

haha. you were playing " its the end of the world" while building this weren't you. i could never do that song in karaoke (probobly due to the fact that its so fast and i dont have much of a singing voice.)

This isn't desecrating two themes, it's transcending them both. Even if I wasn't familiar with either theme, this would still look like an awesome and well-developed creature. Great job Shannon!

One of the last places I'd look to find inspiration for the name of a black fantasy creature would be pokemon. You shouldn't have told us, because the name actually sounds not bad. Those enormous eyes reminds me of the head of the common laboratory fruit fly, and the rest of the body just suggests the various fascinating mutations of that dispensable lab organism.

Oh great, now I've to go and watch some pink Belville Mocs (are there Belville Mocs anywhere ?) before going to sleep, in order to avoid nightmares. Creepy, crawly and really disgusting... with one word: perfect :)

The world hasn't exploded yet.. that's a good sign but a BF/VOAT/Cyborg Racer would surely bring the apocalypse. I love how alien this is! The eerily organic look is really cool. Thanks for proliferating the VOATs!

For whoever it might concern, allow me to clarify why I named my V.O.A.T. after a Pokemon: I thought it should have an original name because I was building it for someone else's challenge. Since I usually don't pay much attention to what I name my MOCs, I was completely at a loss for an original, sleek-sounding name. That's why I resorted to Pokemon. In retrospect, I think the name I chose is fitting, and so is Gorebyss for this. Now try this: Black Fantasy Variation on a Theme Cyborg Raceship!

It's a good MOC but the whole "Naming Creations After Pokemon" Isn't my thing, so I dock you a smiley
