An Aztec temple based on a real temple
About this creation
This is my attempt at an Aztec castle, it is a little colourful but I don't have enough bricks toi keep it one colour. It was originally made for a school project and is based on a real Aztec temple with a really long name which I can't remember. They built one of the temples from sacrificial humans.

The minfig is their to show the size of it. It only took 3 hours to build whech surprised me

I had to build an alternating head system for the temple as the heads are too big for a simple row

Like my Aztec guy? A front pic showing both temple bits

Now, I don't want to be mean, but how did this get MOTD? Sure, you worked hard on it, but still.

At Nathanial, the MOTD is random, it has nothing to do with visits or comments, its just a random moc of the day. And i like the heads, i dont get it but its a lot of heads!

Did you know this made MOTD? (MOC-of-the-day). It's featured on the homepage of MOCpages.com. I really like it--especially the stairs. Looks great! Good job!

Nice use of the 'alternating heads'; looks like you worked hard on this. In the future, though, it'd be better if you (or whoever else) didn't hold down the F5 button just to get on the front page. Sure, you'll get lots of comments, but in the end, it's really not worth it. :1

Sorry not diggin it, and I don't think it's moc of the day material. The title of motd should go to some other mocs.

"Alternating head system" - That would be the first time I've heard that. Not bad, although it would have more prestige if it were taller.

Could use some more brown and gray, but it`s interesting... 3 points for your build. `Ryan

Why did this win? I've seen multiple mocs from the Moc-Olympics much more detailed.
