Following a trip to Roman my wife suggested I built the Colosseum, this has now become one of my life's aim. This model is an experiment in how I will hopefully one day complete this rather large scalled model!

About this creation

My favourite view with the first floor and supporting structure on. This image gives a good idea of the scale of the building.

Just seeing those lego starwars figs there reminded me about something from star wars: Did you kno that in Mos Eisley, there's a coloseum-like structure that Jabba Desilijic Tiure (jabba the hutt) named after jango fett? seriously!

it looks good, but I fear that if you want to build the colloseum on that scale... you will need a lot bricks

For some strange reason I can't read all of your introduction, but if I guess right from what I can read, and you want to build the whole thing, I wish you a lot of patience, you gonna need it. As for the model itself, it really looks great and very lifelike. Looking forward to see more... later, Johannes aka Sam
