About this creation
Here's my first "Crimson Skies" creation:
It's the Devastator Mark II, the plane of the
well-known air pirate Nathan Zachary.
It's my absolute favourite plane in "Crimson Skies"
This plane has an Curtis&Wright engine from the 2500
series, this engine has 315 hp and goes about 255 mph
(not bad for the year 1937). But the plane has also
some NitroBoosters that accelerate the plane up to about
320 mph.
Of course the plane has a good shield to keep the
pilot and the engine save.
The plane's weapons are 8 high explosive cyano-
carbonoxyde rockets, a 45mm "Goliath" boardcannon and
15mm autocannon with a firerate of 1800 shots per
minute. The 45mm cannon has 1200 bullets and the 15mm
cannon has 9000 bullets.
The Devastator's range is about 450 kilometres, so
about 280 miles.
