P-1 Protector / Interceptor

The real and modified version of my P-1.
About this creation
Now after a long time I built and modified my P-1 (I need it for my new project).

It is armed (now) with:
2x Massdriver-canons
1x Triple rapid-fire-canon
2x Missile-launcher (I add them as a long-haul weapon)







The fighter without it's cockpit. (Used as escape-pod - below)





The P-1 in flying-mode.

P-1 in attack-mode. (opened missile-launcher)

The engines, one reason for it's rapidness.

Another view on the missile-launcher (and the rapid-fire-canon).

"Landing-mode. Weapons deactivated." (The P-1 is constructed for landings in special hangar-bays)





Here you can see the function of the cockpit as escape-pod...

...with two sublight-engines.

That's a nifty fighter. I don't really like the blue cones, though.

Fantastic fighter! The wing design, weapons, and its ability to fold up are all great. The escape pods a nice touch as well.
