"Emmalea Lucy" AI 2.0
My signature mecha, the EL-1931 frame hosting the "Emmalea-Lucy" advanced smart AI. Last known fighting with the Aeon Shadows.
About this creation

This is the combat Mech Emmalea-Lucy, named for the AI it hosts. Emmalea-Lucy was originally designed to be a simple tech-mech (Technologically Advanced Mech)designated EL-1931, designed to work in the hangars of the RSS "The Silent Assassin"- a huge capital ship, contrary to its name. However, it was programmed onboard by a tired mechanic named "Chakram" Kaine. He made a crucial mistake in her programming and left a bug in her core that unwittingly gave her wireless access to the ship's 20 datacores. Absorbing all this information within the ship, EL-1931 shut down. Next morning, Chakram woke up and found the mech poring over a tech manual. He spoke to her, and she replied in an almost human tone. Thanks to the bug and the immense absorption of data, she had gained an immense amount of knowledge, impressive combat prowess, and most importantly, she became almost human in sentience.

The Federation of Cosmic Civilizations (FCC) immedieately ordered EL-1931 destroyed. They claimed that the droid, due to its inadvertent download of the data, was too dangerous to be left functional. Her recently acquired combat programming, they said, would make her difficult to destroy if she went rampant (a term for self-aware AIs). Chakram came to EL-1931's aid, however. He made a case in her defence, stating that the FCC's worries were obsolete, since EL-1931 was already rampant and hadn't killed anyone yet, and also took the blame for the bug that started the whole mess in the first place. He was imprisoned, but EL-1931 did something no robot had done until then- she returned the favour. She built a case using her immense IQ and, against all odds, convinced the FCC to back down and let Kaine off with a discharge from duty. Since then, EL-1931 has given herself a new designation- Emmalea-Lucy- and has since then evolved into a truly intelligent being, assisting Chakram while they travel the universe, working as guns-for-hire. They were last seen in a battle between the city gangs of planet Aeriea, fighting for a mysterious group called the "Aeon Shadows". (Which by the way is my task force. Form an alliance with us!)

A shot of the head. I owe the inspiration of the head to someone, but can't remember who. But before anyone posts unnecessarily bad reviews due to lack of credit, I do credit the head design to the guy who invented it. If you're reading this, you know who you are. Sorry for bad picture quality, I'll try better next time. Also, I chose black for the head since it was the best colour of Bionicle shoe I had. It was either this, brown or green, so...

This is a side shot, allowing for further viewing of the head and upper torso. Here, you can see the way I attached the hair/dreadlocks. Also, for anyone who doesn't notice, the "back" is from my Shifter MOC. Take a look some time.

Also cannibalized from the Shifter is the legs. For non-MGS fans, the legs and feet are based off Metal Gear REX's. I made the feet into a "stiletto-shape" for added stability. I think they look at least a bit like MG-REX's though (the feet, that is).

Ahh, the ParTech mini-PPC "Scalpel" handheld particle accelerator. Like its counterpart on the Shifter, it is very precise and very deadly- hence the name "Scalpel". Unlike A.R.I.A on the Shifter, however, Emmalea-Lucy hates using it- she's a pacifist, and prefers to use traps anyway.

NOT a good angle to view the Scalpel from. If you can see it this close, you're already screwed.

One handed or two handed- it's light enough for both.

A view of her back. Her back mostly contains 90,000 gigabyte megalace datacores to contain her intelligence. If they weren't built in by Chakram, she would literally blow her top from thinking too much! Oh, and the thrusters are there again, for added mobility.

The hands. They're simple, but can deliver one hell of a punch- another byproduct of her tech-mech past.

A space slug nibbling on the RSS "The Silent Assassin". Okay, so it's my hand holding the gun. Big deal. ParTech got bad reviews because their gun wasn't sleek enough. But it gets the job done- isn't that enough?

So there it is- my second MOC! Be honest about the reviews- I can take a beating to my ego.

One last thing. This MOC is dedicated to and named after Emmalea and Lucy, two girls I knew, but never really knew at all. Rest in peace, guys.

To join the Aeon Shadows, just write a review on our alliance page. We would be happy to accommodate you.

Improvements

Yes, I improved her. This is Emmalea Lucy after she joined the Aeon Shadows. As part of her uniform, she sports an nanoweave armor cloak which is soft to the touch but, if necessary, could stop a missile.

Looking good in her new threads.

She also wields another gun, an aeonmatter cannon. Originally an artillery piece that shot semi-sapient blasts of aeonmatter, it used the same technology that the Aeon Flyer used to travel in and out of aeonspace to retrieve the aeonmatter. Aeon shadow technicians modified this artillery gun to serve as a slow-fire rifle for their "new member".

Not a good way to view both guns at once.

Last pic- a close up of the aeonmatter cannon. Thanks for viewing, leave a review, and join the Aeon Shadows if you want. Thanks again!
