I've seen BryTri4ce Wu's amazing minifig-compatable Metroid, so I took it upon myself to build a bionicle-scale version of everyone's favorite parasitic life form!

The fist time I saw a Tridax pod, my first reaction was to use the red shell things as the nuclei of a Metroid. I was going to do a pose of it sucking the brains out of a poor, ice beam- less Bionicle. Too bad it didn't happen.....

I've seen a picture of that in super smash bros mealy. It look just like it.
