Matoran from Tohuka's domain of To-Kueva. The naming comes from the original Bionicle system of naming (Tahu: Ta-Koro, etc.) They are unique in that one of their arms is bigger and stronger than the other.

Main pic: Miner: To-Matoran miners dig deep into the earth of To-Kueva in search of metals and precious minerals.

Hikuta, the Captain of the To-Kueva Guard as well as the realm's political leader. He is Tohuka's apprentice, aspiring to become a Toa one day.

Guardsman: These burly fighters hold off rahi and can even prove tough for a Krita Ghost Soldier.

Scout: These Matoran patrol the realm at night time, reporting threats should they arise. They can become invisible.

If you ask me,I say you should change To to Vo because Vo-Matoran are residents Vo-Koro(Traslated to Energy Village.).And their Toa is Toa Voriki Toa of Energy!
