The Javelin is a two-man plane used to scout out terrain and gather valuble information on the battlefield. It has light weaponry, only sporting twin vulcan cannons.

I picture a reconnaissance jet as being light and nimble, not beefy and bulky like this... But this MOC by any other name would still be sweet.
