I was trying to build the two without clay or anything, but Toad got away with a red Sharpie..

Bowser's head is a Lego Racers 2 imp (or whatever those things are), and here's a picture (below) to show you. I have no idea where I got the set from, as it's been a couple years since I got it....

Both characters are copyright Nintendo (not the LEGO racers imps, of course).
