They took an image of Cell from Dragon Ball Z and turned his face completely black. They then turned his mouth red and gave him googly eyes with text under it that said "IMMA FIRIN' MAH LAZAH!!" "IMMA CHARGIN MAH LAZAH!" or "SHOOP DA WHOOP!". Thats when the laser collection included it in its videos. |
