I remember standardized testing as a kid, when we had our skills "assessed" I did great in everything but something called "spatial." In this section of the test there were a bunch of questions with pictures of three dimensional shapes broken and folded flat so that you could see every side at once. (kind of like a cardboard box before you fold it together.) We were supposed to figure out how everything fit together just by looking at the completely "unfolded" version of the shape. I did awful on that, and I'm still awful at it. And it could just be my bad spatial skills and difficulty in being able to understand three dimensional shapes, but this thing looks chalk full of really cool illusions and tricks. The spirals look circular from most angles, so that when it rotates (in the video) everything changes and isn't what it seems. How cool is that. Such a succinct theme, and execution of your idea Nannan. I'm not even going to try and figure out the weird black web that appears to be nearly floating at the top. Great stuff.

Some people have called you "sick" or "demented" or such... Or even make comments like "Don't do drugs, kids" or "This has gone way too far"....
I see all your creations as an expression of the way you feel, or the way you think about how things really are....
Not some "sick, demented" thing.....
I am sorry about the incident you mentioned....
But I definitely like the depth of your creations....
Much like some of mine, really....

At first glance I thought you created a double-helix for DNA... obviously not. It's a great sculpture with the colors flowing, and the sense of surrealism surrounding. The overview is amazing too.

Very cool. I really like it. You definatelly have a style, and it is portrayed very well in this MOC here.

Ah to walk in another man's shoes, but would one really want to trade roles for a day? A lovely creation (it was an instant hit with my daughter). First thing I saw was a double helical design, but DNA does not seem to be your inspiration. Cheers, Lee.

I have my theory as to what this "trifling" incident may have been, but I don't think it would be right to blab it on MOCpages for everyone to see.

Wow, ok, my NEW favourite creation of your Nanny! Brilliant. Great concepts, such as the interweaving spirals which appear to be the embodiment of confusion and the black object, a horrible feeling or memory without centre or origin. (LOL inside an LIU ship...)

I can understand how you got the pristine white background for just the MOC itself, but how did you get the background so perfectly white for a picture of yourself holding it? Is it Photoshop or are you standing in a LIU ship?

Inspirational build, it has a very eerie feel to it.

I love how you did the winding staircases, Great job

This is an awesome build. It must have taken a lot of patience to balance all of those pieces. Great color choices.

I know "insirational" is probably not the word you were going for but I gotta say... Thank you ~ Chris.
