This design went through multiple stages until it arrived at this form. Originally, the platform with the Gauss Gun was a landing pad for a VTOL with a pallet of supplies, and the lower area was going tho have cranes lowering supplies onto land based vehicles. **sigh**, perhaps another time.
About this creation
Heres the Gauss gun. It fires a magnetically accelerated energy shell, a highly accurate projectile, even within orbital range. The tan rectangles on the ground are the buildings from which the gun is operated, a targeting solution developed, and the energy output of the gun is controlled.
This is the Archimedes VTOL bomber. It has 6 heavy bomb pods, each capable of holding up to 4 tons of bombs. It also has a heavy auto cannon mounted on the rear for point defense, but it relies mainly on the protection of smaller fighters. The forward jets allow the bomber to land and take off vertically. or to position the bomber above a target.
These are the 2 generators that power the gauss gun. The 4 smaller barrels are containers of ammunition for the gun. Coincidentally, the ammo barrels were the pallet of supplies being carried by the VTOL in the previous version of this creation.

I like it, both because of the Moc it's self, but also how in you're description, you gave little to no back story, allowing the reader to come up with his/her own. Good job. |

This looks great! The information about the guass cannon sounds very professional. You say that you're twelve? Wow! P.S. I'm working on a micro scale space project myself. Feel free to check it out soon. |
