I-3 Pest
About this creation
Here I am, eating jelly beans, waiting for my pics to download to my computer. "Why?", I think, "Why did I get so many grapefruit? I don't even like grapefruit!" 235/369 pictures saved onto the computer. Nearly there. Crap! Downloading movies now... This will take a while. Perhaps I shall write about the Moc...
About the Moc: The I-3 Pest is a rocket/jet powered interceptor aircraft. In the later stages of the Colonial War (more on that later), The Royal Aireial Corps put announced a comeptition between several aircraft manufacturers to build a simple, fast, and effective interceptor to take out the heavy bombers that plied the skies of Antira (again, backstory coming later). Zarhna Engineering, a guild of engineers that had been around a long, long time, won the contest with the 'Pest'. The first prototype, the I-1, was rolled out in late 867 of the Third Peace (explanation later). Upon it's first flight, the rocket engine failed, the jet engines failed, and the emergency propeller failed, resulting in a firey death for some poor, insanely unlucky test pilot. The I-2 was improved slighty, and sucessfull. No pictures of either prototypes are known to exist. The I-s, the version seen here, began production in mid 868.
The named 'Pest' suits it well, as it is small and insignificant to the large bombers it was ment to take on. But everyone knows what tiny termites do to grand houses. The I-3 is armed with four 30 mm cannons, and powered by two Meccanysi-built jet engines, and by Zarhna Engineerings own liquid propelled rocket engine. It is launched from a upward slanted track, carrying a set of wheels that falls off once a safe distance away from the launch site. It is desinged to land on it's fuesalage, without damaging the pilot or machine.
The hardest controls to learn in the universe.
I put alot of time into theat backtory, so review it if you have the heart!
