This is Sandman. He is 1 of the 3 villains from Spider-Man 3. His real name in the movie is Flint Marko, but in the comics his real name is William Baker. Anyway, in the movie it is revealed that he's really the one who killed Peter Parker's Uncle Ben. (When he is Sandman) Spider-Man in his black suit seeks revenge on him and almost kills him. He disintegrates in the hot water, but reforms later. He teams up with Venom to destroy Spider-Man, but when Venom is killed, he apologizes for what he did and redeems himself. He last seen blowing away through New York City in the wind. In the movie, he is portrayed by Thomas Haden Church.
