The MUI-43 Savior is a massive cargo arcraft that was developed to meet the urgent need for a transport aircraft to ferry large amounts of goods quickly and efficiently. Surprisingly versatile: the Savior can drop food to countries in need, refuel aircraft (not pictured, mad at myself for it), drop Ranger airborne troops, and deliver supplies and vehicles. I, personally, am not very pleased with the Savior, but I dont know if anyone out there will be so I posted it anyways.

Did I say massive?

Side. note the door on the fuselage.

The one part I'm happy with is the nose cone, I really like the design I used.

The beastly ramp, opens for parachute drops, supply drops, and of course when landed.

Check out all the different junk you can fit in a Savior at once. This type of mix and match isn't ever used on missions and was merely arranged to show you what Saviors can carry. The yellow things (whoo-hoo, Malenco Union team color) are cargo containers for things like radios, food, water, ammunition, IR designators, etc. There is also some Rangers on board with some Specialists training Reserves for parachuting excercises.

The three crew members (removed) man these confusing and often troublesome controls. More recent models of the Savior are equipped with digital displays.

Steffen: Thanks for all the advice, these review are what all MOCpages reviews should be like! Contructive criticism, advice, suggestions...thank you. I'm also really happy to know that you've been waiting for this aircraft, altough I'm really not surprised at its 3.5 rating it has now because first off: it's not all that good and second: very few people, as you said Steffen, can appreciate the importance of cargo aircraft. I'm happy to know you were waiting for this because I am a huge fan of your site and I realized that I needed a cargo plane after seeing yours. And Steven Abbott has a cargo aircraft, the Obese, whihc I really like. You've probably already seen it, but I'm just letting you know we're not alone. So big thanks goes out to you, Steffen.

Wow, Steffen, I thought I was bad for long reviews... I think most of what he said was right on. My biggest dislike is the boxy fuselage, but since I don't have the pieces to do a smooth one, I just haven't built one, which isn't that great of a solution either. If I did, I'd probably go along the lines of a C-130...which is over a hundred studs long, and I'm not going to have the peices for a good while yet! Congradulations for actually attempting something this big! :-) -- -- Michael

I really like the huge, multi-functional ramp and the little wheels you fixed there - I should have done that at my Antonov as well-, the empennage, the use of parts for the nose and the windscreen wipers. Itīs crazy how much you can fit in the planeīs body! So: Good job, and the proposed changes are just suggestions. Welcome to the small league of builders who actually realized full-scale cargo planes in minifig-scale here on MOC.pages, by the way! I think the two of us might be the only ones so far:) – other than the guy who builds realistic Airbus and Boeing planes – not in minifig-scale though. Steffen

I like the way you build the nose, but wish there would be a possibility to take out one of the windows and make everything a little sleeker. If I chose this current nose, Iīd rather increase the circumference of each of the four engines, or mount some more engines (Two possibilities: you could mount one more engine on each wing, so itīd look like the wings of an Antonov An-225, or you could make twin engines out of the single ones - kind of like the constructers of the Boeing B-52 "Stratofortress" realized its 8 turbines.)

Hi Jeffery:), Itīs finally there, I was waiting a long time for your upcoming cargo plane. You went for a very original design, and the Savior is MASSIVE. You called it yourself "ugly". But itīs also not supposed to be pretty, but to carry insane amounts of goods (A really ugly special cargo aircraft, for instance, is the "Airbus Beluga"). Will continue the comment...
