LIU Hypnotize - Cyborg Racer
The Ludgonian Industrial Union is proud to get involved in the latest universal craze, cyborg racing (developed by Shannon Ocean). We are proud to present our racer, Hypnotize (System of a Down).
Hypnotize is piloted by a man previously known as Marcus Johnson. Johnson, a hovercraft racer, was convicted of federal fraud charges last year (He wore a tux knowing full well that only the LIU elite are allowed to wear tuxedos.) Faced with a sentence of death, Johnson volunteered to become a racer to spare his life.
Ok...fine, he didn't quite volunteer. In fact, he resisted the idea pretty heavily, but when his head was removed from his body, he became much more cooperative. I mean, it was either a cyborg racer or floating in a specimen jar at the Hovercraft Racing Hall of Fame.
Johnson, now known as Hypnotize, is still a rookie when it comes to cyborg racing, but he has had moderate success in the few races he has entered. Well, he at least he hasn't finished last...yet..
Surprisingly, even with the LIU's advanced technology and deep pockets, Hypnotize is only a middle of the pack racer. To be honest, the cost of keeping the racer running far outweighs the prize money Hypnotize has won or ever will ever win. Why would the LIU keep investing in Hypnotize even though it is a losing venture?
Well, it's because Hypnotize is built for more than racing. Its also a flying advertisement. You've seen racing, every square inch of all the competitors are stuffed with corporate logos. Hypnotize does the same thing, just not visually.
The front end of the racer uses new LIU Hypnotic Technology. Subliminal message are beamed to all the folks around the universe watching Cyborg Racing. BUY LIU Its probably illegal, and definitely annoying, but it brings in a ton of new customers after each race.

what an incredibly exotic design! and a real racy shape, the concept of subliminal suggestion is so nice an extra, that most people have lost their focus! great demonstration of liu power!

This caught me by surprise and I like it! The curved body with the tubes following the curve really looks nice. So, I have a hard enough time getting my guys to race and now when they do they'll be super distracted?!?! Not fair. |

Luckily, the few Blacktronians who do go these races are implanted with an EYE chip. I don't think we'll have a problem there. The front section of your racer is... Just wow.

I really like the white and trans-red color scheme. The engines could use some work, but the front section with the hoses makes up for it. |

I bet you didn't know Ocean has been using the same technology (build racers) on his website for (build racers) about six months (build racers) now. I don't think (build racers) it's working too well (build racers) but we'll just have to (build racers) wait and see! Later ~ Chris. |
