Cave racer called the Iron Angel. It's piloted by Brad Rouge, the middle sibling in the Rouge family.
About this creation

Well, this is Brad Rouge, the most troublesome of the Rouge brothers. He risisted his brother Vlad's care once they were orphaned, and learned to race himself. The only time he seemed to glance at his brother was during a race. However, recent events had sparked an intrest in his brother. Seeing the Wanna Bee win a race with only a handful of racers left behind him, Brad presumed that Vlad had fixed the race, so Chad had a garunteed win. When he accused Vlad of doing so, Vlad just looked him in the eye and said,"No one has ever accused me of playing fair, have they?" By saying that, he did not imply that he had fixed the race, but that he was disgusted that he was accused of cheating by his own brother. Brad hasn't spoken to his big brother since.
