The UPA 'PITBULL' was designed alongside the second generation of battle walkers as an infantry support suit. generally used in squads of up to 5 suits but sometimes they are deployed in battalions of 1000+ suits.
The articulation built into their legs allows for a great deal of mobility in rugged terrain and the arm mounted cannons give excellent coverage
2 repeater autocannons
The repeater autocannon is a new design in the UPA arsenal. it allows for a arm size slug to be hurled at high velocity over 500 meters . In rapid fire mode a total of 200 slugs can be fired a minute .
the PITBULL has 2 shoulder mounted ammo boxes , each containing a total of 1000 slugs. thses allow for easy field reloading under stressful battlefield situations.
this is an action shot taken from a UPA battlefield reporter at the hieght of the defence for tenebor city. UPA forces had been assaulted by a massed local chaos milita. outnumbered 100/1 the UPA commander ordered for the heavy assault walkers which were slower and easier too hit to be abandoned in favour for battle armour. the lightly armoured militia infantry were mowed down by the awsome might of the UPA battlesuits.
this is an action shot of sergant Dave Bryant. he later was promoted to field commander after single-handedly fighting off an assault on the forward command base
i saw the APU in matrix which is probably the coolest ( and least practical) war machine ive ever seen. so i wanted to make a creation based on it
