As far as Wolverines go, they are are pretty stacked when it comes to firepower, and it weighs them down. After multiple ambushes, where scrambled fighters were unable to reach the target and stall the incoming, Sam Kell commissioned a Wolverine interceptor.
The design includes a multitude of minute changes to the original model, including a shorter body, modified tail structure, long range antenna, stub wings, removed engine cowling and pylons, and upgraded weapons compared to the unaltered version (please refer to the original: Wolverine). The removed bulk allowed it to move faster, and swiftly scoot around in a fire fight with the enemy.
Two of the main machine gun cannons were removed, and replaced with XIP cannons (pronounced zip) or Xenon Infused Projectile. The extra space they take up in the nose didn't leave room for the magazines for the regular machine gun cannon, so they were placed on the sides of the ship. Unfortunately, a storage compartment could not be included, due to the size limitations, so a slightly enlarged cockpit allows for sidearm and hat storage.

It's slightly shorter- beleive me. Like the antenna?
Short, stubby wings- perfect. And recognise the CQD insignia? Nice thruster!
Yellow stripe for the win! The tailplane was revised like 3 times...
Can you see the little greebles for the XIP cannon? Not much, but still something...
Classic cockpit, and the two ammo magazines. That pilot must be answering a call.
Guess not- must be relaxin time. Sidearm, helmet, pilot, and ship.

I like the ship,but the wheels on the side arent rally god.and,btw,I am going to make a vig,and I cannot make the guy you said to use,so please notify me if you dont want me make up sum1.see ya,and uhhhh...I was gonna say somting(insulting) about the LIU,but me forget.......heh heh..... |
