About this creation
COMPLETED -- 06/02/08
My first posted MOC in a long while is apart of a steampunk sub-genre that has already been tapped to death by much better builders than myself.. I couldn't help myself though!
I had to flesh out the legs with something and from that need arose the chain and motorcycle combo that I hope at least sort of conveys functionality.
The engine is powered by some mysterious something... I was thinking 'magic' but now I'm not so sure. The exhaust pieces on top are the weapons but just like the engine I'm unsure about what kind they are.
I'm hoping that it's not too obvious that this was two entirely different MOCs at first that were brought together out of a desperate need to use both ideas... I really wanted to use the cockpit for something and had made an entire plane/jet thing out of it but didn't like the look very much so I attached it to these legs I had just 'sitting' around. The legs are attached to gears to give resistance and it works fairly well.
Somehow the flag isn't situated correctly here and I didn't notice at the time... super annoying.
Thanks for looking! Hopefully something else will be up on my page in not too long a time.

quite good but really odd choice of colours I think they would just keep it wooden and dark gray and black not bright yellow but very good structure |

Good! I especially like the use of the minifig torso on the tower, and the way the colour scheme matches the driver. I think it should be powered by steam (this is steampunk, after all) but its up to you. |

Great leg design, and I like how the whole body is angled. The wheel/window on the front looks kind of tacked-on, but darn if that isn't a clever way to attach it. The overall appearance is amazing. |

Oh yeah! He's back baby! Woot! There's that 'building-outside-the-box-stuff' that grabs you by the throat and whispers: "hi, I'm Uspez, and I rock!" (Maybe it's the yellow but it kinda reminds me of one of Bob Flux's Uni-Pod thingies, but with you're own flair). |

Is it the surrealist version of an Imperial Walker ?! Strange, very strange, but it looks good, nice work.
