BOMBARDIER-Class Tactical Artillery Mech
Thousand Eye has officially made its first mecha! Come and see!
About this creation
PLEASE NO RANDOM BAD RATINGS! TELL ME WHY YOU DON'T LIKE IT!

The Bombardier. What more need we say? Although its name is entirely self-explanatory, we will now give you a long drawn out explanation of even the minutest detail of its coolness anyway.

To start, you are currently looking at a six-legged mecha with a railgun mounted on its back, and a small drone floating along above it. This is the Bombardier-Class mecha. I wish it were real, because then I could blow up my enemy's house and im sitting in a forest 25 miles away going HEE HEE HEE HEE HEE.

The bombardier is armed with a prototype 175 mm medium barrel-length railgun, which fires a jet-assisted 3.5 kg tungsten-vanadium alloy rod at approximately 850 meters per second. The automatic-reload mechanism can hold up to 35 rounds, and allows the gun to fire faster than a manual-reloader.

The railgun in use. The small vents on the barrel can be used to adjust projectile speed. Fun Fact #1: Thousand Eye has decided to do fun facts.

The rail gun.
Fun Fact #2: The rail-gun comes complete with a handy dandy spotting scope =)

This is the cockpit. Piloting the Bombardier is mecha expert Lieutenant Ozone.
Fun Fact #3: Ozone is one of the Dead Aces.

This is the scout drone in its little storage niche. It's basically an upgraded ARCHON-Class with a spotting scope and GPS. It is used to spot targets so the bombardier can function without line-of-sight.
Fun Fact #4: This Archon is upgraded with an anti-radar stealth coating.

The scout drone detaches from storage and flies out like this.

This is the gunner (Commando Gris.) He sits in the bug's bottom.

These are the gunner's controls. Bottom left: The GPS map for non-line-of-sight shooting. Top left: the firing lever. Top middle: The HUD linked to the rail-gun's scope for line-of-sight shooting as well as the drone's visuals for flying the drone manually. Top right: the keypad for making minute adjustments to the shell's velocity. Bottom middle: the controls for aiming the gun and flying the scout drone. Underneath the GPS map: The lever which tells the drone to lock its laser cursor on a particular target.
Fun Fact #: There are a lot of gunner controls. (Or did you already know that?)

These are the right side close-range defenses. Bottom right (of picture): Twin 105 mm mortars and comm antenna. Center: two 20 mm machine guns.
Fun Fact #?: We forgot which fun fact we were on.
Fun Fact #7: Most artillery units have no close-range capabilities. But we were smart!

The left side defenses. Bottom Right: Twin 105 mm mortars. Center: more comm antennas! Background: RPG launcher and flamethrower.

Don't get on my bad side.

**[various anguished screaming noises]**
He got on its bad side.
**[more terrified howls of pain]**

This is the flamethrower.
Fun Fact #8: Don't ever stand in front of it.

The bombardier has room for 4 people: A Pilot, a Gunner, and two Soldiers.

Good-bye shot.
Fun Fact #9: Bugs have huge rears.

Thanks for looking, and as always, PLEASE REVIEW! (I like constructive criticism)

Quoting Nolan Turner how did you get the 2 missile fin pieces on the end of the barrel to go together
If you look at the bottom of a "Missile Fin Piece", you will see that there is a Lego Technic cross-peg connector set into the central stud connector. (Its the cross-shaped hole thingy). I used a #2 technic cross peg to connect the two together.

Man this little Mech is awesome,I love the way you did the cockpit, but maybe you could take off the multicoloured yellow 2x3 slopes on the feet and replace them with plain yellow ones. That's just a suggestion.Still, awesome Moc,and keep up the great work!~LL
