Getaway Muscle Car: "Phantom Hellrider"
my first snot car! here is a getaway muscle car which spies use to escape, kill, or just "mess around" in...hehe
About this creation

i have been working a long time on this car. i tried to put in lots of features. this was supposed to be based on a muscle car. so its loosely based on the Camaro. its nothing like the Camaro but i was inspired by a 1967 Camaro ss. its my first all SNOT car anyway just wanna show you the unexpectedly long features list:
1.opening doors!
2.subwoofers!
3.Lamborghini wheels!
4.glow in the dark pieces near engine!
5.glow in the dark piece near the glove box!
6.adjustable side mirrors!
7.adjustable steering wheel and gearshifter!
8.moving hand brake!
9.moving door handles!
10.horn pieces as logo!
11.working ejector seats!
12.opening trunk "thingy"!
13.two bullets that really fire to kill passenger!...hehe
14.and adjustable spoieler...
15.oh! and its SNOT!!!

...all in one 12-wide car!

here is or "was" the chassis.

ok so now lets get on with the images!

front...notice logo...

side profile

engine. notice how that grille piece near the supercharger is held. click image to view bigger!

interior pic1...seats

interior pic2...door handle moved

interior pic3...doors open

rear...

so we are done looking at all the proportions. good.

Features

here is the snot exterior! tell me if you can see even one stud!

that stud on it is for mounting an antenna ..anyway does it look like that whole snot 6x12 plate there can open?
c'mon i mean no one could guess that....(continued at next caption)

..it opens up like this!

here is how the trunk lifts!

here are the subwoofers in the trunk! along with the bullets. so if the passenger near you is about to shoot you, threatens you, is too annoying, bothers you, or is too ugly, then what do you do? you shootem' HEHE the bullets are the green dots

all right here is the thing that is attached under the trunk. this is how the 6x12 plate "levitates"

close.

here are the bullets under the trunk...i seperated the trunk to show you...these really fire heres how:

other side.. so if i insert a technic beam into that hole, the bullets push out and once there out they travel so fast (for about 1 foot)

this is a technic 12 wide beam with a handle attached for me to grab and push the bullet out.

allright the beam is in. now i just push (medium hard) to fire!

zoom for the last image

all right so after the bullet is fired the passenger dies..hehehe..i just put the bullet there to show you what it looks like. cuz sometimes the bullet goes over the car!!! :-D

so what now? are you just gonna drive with a dead, bleeding, ugly person next to you? naawwwhhh meaaannn! your gonna eject his seat! hahaa. watch how it is ejected! lol

eject! eject! eject! hmm...one good kick ought'a do it... *Thud*...whangg***

headligfht design #1...good..or bad

headlight design #2...this one sorta reminds me of a Camaro...i like this best...

headlight design #3...hi hi hi hi..bye

all right so i hope you liked this getaway muscle car and i will be uploading pics on my Flickr account soon!

im currently disassembling this for a pimped up van, truck, or ute for this month's flickr lugnuts challenge. you can expect that to be coming slightly before august. thanks for visiting and reading...

about the shooting: this way of shooting does not hurt or disturb children. it is very safe to shoot with. ive tried hitting my eye and i did and i felt only a toush of plastic...so flick fire missiles were not an option for this car because 1. they friggin hurt my finger, 2.i dont have any flick fire misslies i design my flick fire missles with technic beams (ouch) and 3. who would risk killing there selves with crazy missiles that can destroy finger nails?...

hmm...name? the name is phantom hellrider!

so anyway please review!

now i would like to announce a very nice person:

JEFFEREY SMITH 24

this guy was such a huge fan of this car that he made a drawing of it in flickr.com

Many cool integrated features on a nice built car. However, the overall shape & proportions don't work for me... Cheers, Jens

The big cars you make are much better than the little 4 wides! This thing is loaded with details and features that you can't fit in a smaller car. A+ Great Job.

Hey guys, watch it with that police talk. Despite what they show you in movies, cops are here to PROTECT YOU and we risk our LIVES every day so you can sleep at night. Now that I'm done ranting... Apple, this is by far your best moc yet! Your skills are nearly complete young padawan. Now, I'd like to see you put those skills to use in some sort of futuristic tank please. ~ OFFICER Phipson.

you know marcus that was what i planned. but to do that i dont know where to put the bullets...i have tried like a million different ways of the trunk opening. one bad way let me shoot the police but this good way opens better. so i went with this and it turned out that the bullets only "sometimes" go over the car to kill the police or other cars :-( so i decided that it kills the passenger instead cuz the bullets kept bumping on the seat. and i chose passenger killing cuz its funnier and gave me the idea for the ejector seat! but however i could hook up the trunk lid backwards for hitting the police but then it would be a bit hard to shoot with the beam...hope it helped :) -biggest self review ever

Awesome features- it's like a Bond baddies car! 4.5/5: the shape isn't quite there, although the back is great. Can I request a normal 12wide+ car next? No mods, no pimping... just the best shape you can make! Cheers for the reviews, Ape : )

Great car man. I love the extra features! No more pesky ugly passengers! lol Personally, I like the Camaro lights the best, but I'd add another 2 round tiles so the lights look doubled up.

Absolutely beautiful. It is a very cool looking vehicle and I love all the features (ejector seat, trunk, subwoofer...). You are a very talented car bulder: both in 4-wide and large scale.

At first I didn't think it would be that great, but the more I look at it the more I like it. Love the bullet things! You should take SPAM for a ride and POW!!! Headlight #2 is the best, I think. if I have any suggestions, it would be to make the rear half taller. The front, in my opinion, could use a little reworking like bigger openings or a negative angle, but it looks good the way it is. Nice work. Peace - Patrick
