The Piranha-Class Short Range Fighter
Here is a star fighter I built a while back that I never could figure out a name for. So suggestions are welcome! It's a tny ship, with only a sublight non-interstallar-waddevayawannacallit engine, and two chin mounted laser cannons. As I said name suggestions are welcome, and any improvements you think I could make, though the ship is already long gone, as with most of my mocs. Enjoy! Edit: We have had a few name suggestions (Thanks Guys!) snd I think I'll go with the slightly more popular 'Piranha'. Danke!

Wow, awesome ship Nathan. The overall shape of it makes me want to hunt my canopy pieces down and build one myself! And the angled bits are swell. Excellent SNOT! I can't wait to see what else ya' got up your sleeve.

Nifty little ship! Yeah, black MOCs can be a little frustrating to photo. It does have a slight black fantasy look to it, like its just recently been infected and hasn't developed the spines and tentacles and what not. Talon Karrde beat me to it! Piranha was the first thing that came to mind when I saw the thumnail. (fill-in-the-blank) Piranha would be neat, but I think just Piranha class light fighter is fine. Nice work! Peace - Patrick

I looks kinda like an insect especially with the two antennae so maybe something like 'The Black Beetle'. I have to say the back looks very Nannan Z-esque

I like it. I love the stubby stout feel to this model. How about "The Red poison Dart Frog" as a name?

I like it, you made excellent use of SNOT and angles and integrated that difficult-to-use canopy piece quite well. The whole fighter has a smooth, flowing look which I find difficult to create, and the striking red-and-black color scheme complements it well. Awesome job!

Hey, that's a pretty nifty little fighter! Sorry, but I don't have any name ideas.
