yes that is fine and you can use other factions because you don't have droids. and nice commander Fordo. Use brickLink to get the elements that you need. also you can use bricklink to sell you're legos.

Almost perfect. The only thing I would recommend would be to paint over the two black marks next to the mouth. I never would've though of using a stormy helmet for that helmet!
