This was a challenge to myself to try to build a 4-wide Smart that is scaled to other 4-wides. This means that I had to make it as compact as possible. For the basic shape I succeded, but cosmetically, this one needs some work. I'm very disappointed with the looks of it. I hope someone else sees it differently. Please comment!
About this creation
The side. This is probably the only descent view of my car.
The back. There really was no other way I could fit the tailights. I tried mounting them sideways on the back, but then the car looked too long.
The roof on. It loks a little better like this.
But there is method to my madness! Because in return for the front being so ugly, you get an opening hood! Yeah! Okay, now you can tell I'm desperate for positive things to say about this car.
Those are really cool little Smarts!
Speaking of garages, I'm opening a series called Minigarage. 4-wide replicas of real cars. I need your orders!
(Please click my link and look in my "folder garage"." If you like the idea, please g-mail me and order some cars.
