The first Mech in a line of two or three.
About this creation
This is the second and modified version of the ARES. After a more or less sleepless night, because i didn't like the mech, i decided to remove the first one and it's page and change the aspect with the legs. Nethertheless thanks to the guys commented on it. One day of brainstorming and development and the ARES was (really) finished. This one can stay WITHOUT stilts, so Matt, if you read or see this, i made it only for you.
Sorry for the bad quality of the pictures. (I'd tried my best at the photoshop)
The ARES is an Heavy ANTI AIRCRAFT (AA) Mech and is able to destroy small, medium and big fighters.
Armament:
4x Heavy Massdriver / 4x Micro-Missile Launcher (8 Missiles per launcher) / 1x Missile Launcher (3-8 Missiles)

This is the pilot/driver, he only looks like jango fett, in reality it's a normal person (but i think jango would have his fun with this MECH!)

What a beast this is! The fact that this one can stand without stilts underneath it and be so massive is a testament to your skill alone. To top that off with amount of detail you put into it makes it that much sweeter. Just goes to show there's nothing like superior German craftsmanship when matched to wondrous inspiration like I see here! |
