the espada; a modern battleship in the age of pirates
About this creation
This white beauty (or not :s ) is the Espada,
the ship is equiped with my latest invention, the precision cannon.
The precision cannon is a weapon consiting out of a strong poseable arm with a cannon mounted on the end, allowing to point the cannon in practically every direction. The arm can fold down to stow the cannon.
Because of the long extending arm and high accuracy more difficult targets can be selected.
However, there's a big drawback, reloading the cannon takes more time than a regular cannon and the cannoneers are exposed to enemy fire when attempting to reload. because of this lack of protection the precision cannon is used only for long-range attacks and is fired only once during a closer battle.
Besides the precision cannon, which is located in the bow, the Espada also has broadside cannons, having three gunports on each side.
You might not like the dominant white but I used most of my black and brown lego on other ships already, like the Shadow.
I tried to find balance by adding some of my few dark red.
stained glass (my cars will have to ride without lights now :P)
the effect is great when light shines through.
Do you see the black ship on the left in the background ? that is the black pearl I'm working on. Perhaps it's too soon to already name it the black pearl so for now you can call it the Shadow.
I will keep modifying the shadow untill it perfectly looks like the Black Pearl.

I wanted to give this ship something special, to seperate them from common ships,
the Shadow for example has the Triple gun

I will make more pirateships far better than thisone.

i think you saw the name from an anime called bleach.the espada are the top 10 arrancar. espada means 10 swords. |

The precision gun is the coolest thing I have ever seen on a ship! I can imagine a rival ship making fun of the Espada, then boom the precision gum pops out of nowhere and opens fire. |

Hey! This is nice. I donīt like the white color much, I would prefer red or brown for this desing, but color of your Mocs is not my business. The anchor is really cool, so is the back of it. Espada is 'Sword" in portuguese of Brasil. Only for you to know. Iīm adding you for my friend list. Bruno |

A very nice ship you got there! Looks really nice in white, very "precious" / glamorous. And by the way, I love that you gave it a little Belgium flag:) - a cool detail!
