About this creation
Demolished...

This is the first ship I made using big hull pieces,
Since I saw Pirates of the Caribbean I had been searching intensively for LEGO pirate ships, I was particulary interested in finding the Black Seas Barracuda and Skull's Eye Schooner, that last one I eventually found and I was able to buy it secondhands for 100 euros,
But it was worth it.
My goal was to make a ship similar to the Black Pearl but I wasn't very expierenced with shipbuilding yet so I kinda sticked to the original SES design,
you'll notice the cabin is actually an extended version of the SES's,
Dead Man's Chest was already made when I finally got the SES so this ship has some Flying Dutchman details as well, it is equiped with the Triple gun.

You will notice there are quite some new parts in this ship, like the skeleton idol, that's because I made this ship before I knew about this great website Mocpages,
the design is practically the same, I only spiced it up a little, the idol, the dark red pieces are modifications of my original design,
Anyway, here it is, I hope you like it,
I might make the Black Pearl one day...

Hey captain, don't spill your drink on the piano !

Quoting Ben Lubeck No doubt you got the triple gun idea from Pirates of the Caribbean's The Flying Dutchman.
:) you know it, right after I saw the move on dead man chest I started building it. So this is probably the very first legoship on the internet having this feature.

Excellent work Sebeus! I am a big fan of your ships. This particular one inspired me to build one like it. I'm thinking of naming it HM Pearl any suggestions?

Wow! This is great! I've always liked the old pirate ships. You can do a lot with them. Trap doors, cannons, LOTS of random stuff on the decks. I like the cabin? at the rear of the ship. I thought it was good, then I saw there was an interior and how it folds open and my jaw dropped. Very intuitive! Peace - Patrick

Good work! I've always liked pirate sets but that is the best. Piano is great, but are the black keys really attached to it?

This is very cool. The ships are very detailed. I like the rotating cannons and the piano. What you used for the background makes it look like there are waves, which is awesome. The music makes this even better. Well Done!

Very impressive.... great pictures of this scene with a realistic looking stormy sea to set the action off. I like the detail of the Demon and the way it comes apart / opens to reveal the interior. The Piano is very cool. Thanks for sharing your work, cheers

The idea of placing the ships on tarp was clever. I'm looking forward to seeing the battle! I once played clarinet in a band; we had to play music from Pirates 3. I will tell you it was NOT EASY! When I was listening to the soundtrack, I started waving my hands like a conductor...C ya~ElNickre
