4 on story, needs more. build igive it a 4 the sewers could be deeper but nice fountain and sewers. details rate 5-6 nice sewer details and i like all the different consols and computers

Although the build isn't great, it is good, so 4/5 for that. You did miss one detail [no tiling, it helps make vigs look better], so 4/5. And the story is simple, but interesting, so 4/5. Over all, very good job.
