this is hydras brother,hydro.ability to shrout mist through out a continent.he is more of a go-with-the-flow kinda guy.he does not like that her sister is dating a being of fire.main move is mist cannon.

hes good but why not make a new thing and put the rest of the third level toa eilet (hydro, bigbrute, magnabolt, weatervain, sonic boom, and meltdown) in it

let me tell you about multavu and how he came to be. he once was a puddle of lava until matu nui brought him to life with none other than the mask of life and as he hardend he gained blades and he created armor and a toa mask strictly of fire next thing he knew he was a member af the elemental toa. he then knew why he was created. to fight the nightmare makuta.
