TIE Phantom
TIE Phantom
About this creation
This is a TIE Phantom from Rebel Assault II. A very old game which, now that I look back at it, stinks terribly. But it's a good MOC, wouldn't you say? It's supposed to have a cloaking device and three laser cannons (or was it two?). I'm guessing it has life support, since you take your helmet off in the game. I may have shields, although I am not sure about that.

Here is the front of it.

Another shot of the TIE Phantom.

   Yet another pic.

   And another.

   Still more.

And the back of the Phantom.

   Oooo, nice greebling eh? j/k

The cockpit, a bit too much controls?

Pilots, the one in front is your character from the game, and the girl in back is your ugly team-mate turned lover. Yuck.

As you can see, the pilots can fit comfortably, somewhat.

Blows me away. Brilliant work, don't ever say this is bad. Ever.

You create instuctions for it and send it the people who create the starwars lego sets.

Good V-38 Phantom, now make it blue, add the three ion engines, and maybe change the hair on your minifigs to blonde. Good greebling by the way. I really like the details. (By the way, if you don't know why it should be blue, read my review of your Defender.)

Good job Xerxes. the best phantom tie I have seen (better than mine by a significant bit.) Still as with all mocs, especially mine, there are some problems. 1. isn't there suposed to be a suport strut on inside of each wing? 2. Next, the cocpit overflowing with controls. Also is not the seeting arangement different from how Rookie One and his friend sit in Rebel Assualt Two? 3. about the cocpit again. I think the cocpit from the Lego's newer falcon would work a bit better shapewise. 4. I am assuming that the blue engine is the Ties hyperdrive engaging, but where are the red twin ion engines? Post Script: As I previoslly stated this is a wonderfull fighter.

Love it. You finally used light grey! Cheers too Xerxes Fett, who used light grey!! Just don't use that transperent blue engine.

Nice. The cockpit is not an official TIE cockpit, but you did a good job suggesting TIE by the shape of the wings. You did a good job with greeblings, too.

Great TIE Phantom! I've always thought the TIE Phantom was cool-looking ship. I enjoyed Rebel Assault II at the time as well, but that was a long time ago, hehe...

Great job. And, that cockpit is as close to the 'real' one for a phantom as you can get (it doesn't have TIE glass).
