Camden Tower, where the moderately wealthy leadership of Das Capitols labor force
(in grades 4A to 4D) dwell, relax, and enjoy the benefits of citizenship.
About this creation
Camden Tower. An executive community near the historic Keep Church. A
priority patrol zone for law enforcement personnel, crime is little more than a vague
notion in this gardenlike district. Camden Tower is equipped with it’s own secure
parking facility. Residence can grab a quick bite at the Steak Out Take Out, or some
herbal tea at Tea Rex! Then stroll across the famed Fusganger Bridge and relax in the sheltering green grottos of Keep Church. Ask yourself: Don’t you give your all for the state? Do you currently Hold a labor position in a grade between 4Alpha and 4 Delta? If you answered both of these quarries in the affirmative, then join us at once! Visitors in grades below 4 Alpha or visitors who are foreign nationals are permitted pending coordination with the Camden District Security Officer.
The executive enclave of Camden Plaza. Slow but never at a stand still. Not even at 23:55 hrs.
“Aw Man…Sea Star!”
“Oh listen to you! It aint all bad man. Take a Moment to celebrate the radial symmetry of this unique marine invertebrate…note the eye spot! You hold in your hand species protected by the state my man.”
A municipal garbage scowl, snakes like a string of yellow zodiacs through the labyrinthine channels of this district.
“Protected by the state? So, I can’t eat it, dry it out in the sun and sell it to tourist from the Iron Reich, or even throw it At one of those over condos over there! God but I feel almost claustrophobic in this near future anti-utopia.”
“You got a lot of anger in you man…”
"What do people who live up there think of us…fishing in the middle of the night…while they like…drink wine and stuff?”
“They listen to that mother huge clock tic all night man! Hey! Here come the garbage scow man! Fish usually follow right behind him…gobble up all that good trash in his wake…Now check the master caster boy!”
Das Capitol is a clean city state. These hard working citizens keep it that way. Membership in the elite Solid Hazard Interdiction Teams is restricted to political dissidents and former telemarketers. The program is the crown jewel of The famed Citizen Recycling Advantage Program. In fact, only 3% of all C.R.A.P. team members are ever sent to the northern latitudes for the Special Crew Re-Education Work and Extra Development program.
Officer Highstrung pauses in causeway A36 to question Philip the Viking Convict about the current whereabouts of a wanted Telemarketer. In his typical fashion, our favorite Viking fugitive is non-responsive. Jesus Dela-Naranja knows Something…pero el no dece nada…
“I am telling you guys… The Boys From Brazil could totally happen! They could easily have cloned Hitler!”
“My god you are so pathetic! You are so ready to believe any…Wait! Did you hear something?”
“Yes officer yes! He was some sort of a shipwreck survivor, and yes, he absolutely threatened me with a scrimshaw knife!”
“Ok Mr. Rutherford! Ok! Your sure…there is no way this was some homeless guy, eating a vanilla smoothie cone maybe from the garbage in front of the Stake Out Take Out? Your sure it was a scrimshaw knife? I only ask because…you know the vanilla smoothie is a very popular item with the homeless in this district...you know…bad teeth.”
“That’s it’s eye? That little spot? Must just be for seeing light and shadow right?”
“That’s right my man…light sensitive sensory organ….Now you feel’n it!”
“So you going to that fest up in Fairfax?”
“Well aint this whole dam dio go’n? Man! Were just mini figs! We aint got no dam choice boy!”
Members of the Hampton Roads Lego User Group (HARDLUG) will be at the Brickfair DC Lego Fan Festival! We look Forward to seeing you at the fest! For more information about HARDLUG go to HARDLUG

I'm not sure which I like better, the write-ups or the build! Your acronyms are ingenious and even though I hate condos, I love the balconies on yours. The bridge details, actually all the details, are superbly done! |

I was going to leave some banal platitude, but having read the entreaties on your home page, let me give it a try ... It's actually hard to find compelling improvements to suggest here. You really did a magnificent job. Did you want to add some subtle variations to the water surface? Or, if you wanted to go to town, you could attempt a reflection in the water (but that only works for a given point of view). |

Ghostman, don't worry about the parts you "Need". Worry about what to build with the parts you have. I had the tan scate board ramps for months and months, all the while thinking they were lame parts. But I kept fooling around with them. Eventually I put them to good use. |

Good enough to pass even your crazy uncle Goldman's standards. My favorite parts are the grated bridge, [amazing design] the simple, Reich style condos, and the trash carrying vehicle, gawd was that s¡ck. I can't think of one complaint about any part of it. I'm almost at a loss of words. |
