this is my basilisk war droid, one of my best customs, and it's a very rare thing to find in lego form, as far as i know, I am the only gu with a basilisk war droid on mocpages and one of the few(and best) in the net, this was a very dificult thing to do, specialy the cable part I hope you like it.
THE BASILISK WAR DROID
basilisk war droids wre much more than jus massive weapons, they were comrades and alies of the mandalorians, the basilisks were a bit more inteligent than a domestic beast, they wre so atuned to their masters emotions that the served as direct extensions of their riders, the basilisks posed a great threat to the old republic in the great sith war, the mandalorians led by mandalore captured the kuar sistem and assaulted the empress teta carboite factories. When ulic qel-droma defeated mandalore in single combat, the mandalorians followed the victor and unleshed the basilisks on coruscant, ossus, and onderon.
I can't remember when The Force Unleashed came out, but i think i can safeley assume it was later than 2005. This makes it a big coincidence that it is red here and in the game. I like yours better though, somehow. Maybe it's the lack of gold. Gold doesn't belong on a mandalorian or his equipment(to me, anyway).

Hey, you just made my favorite droid out of my favorite toys! Kudos to the good job.
It's very impressive how you managed to make this "Beast" by only using the picture you had at that time. I hate Lego Cables, those are very annoying, I always try to don't use 'em, they are somewhat hard including it in creations(They just do what they want, like moving backwards when I put them forwards).
Hey man. That basilisk is the best creation i've seen on moc. I'd give it a ten if I could! I also can't believe that you used that sketch and nothing to create it. In some ways it looks better then the drawing! You should make your own website and paste that on it. You might get a letter from lego company or something like that. See you later.
I couldn't believe that the Basilisk in KOTOR2 was just Prince Xizor's Virago. This version is much more like what I imagined when Canderous described riding a Basilisk in KOTOR1, and you really made it look powerful. That thing is awesome. Great job!
