Sikorsky MH-60 Black Hawk

About this creation
This is my version of the MH-60 Black Hawk, hopefully I will have brought you features or ideas that perhaps you may not have seen or had trouble creating, either way I hope you enjoy my version of the Black Hawk.

In the main photo you can see the entire Black Hawk from rotor tip to rotor tip. My model measures just over 2' long and the main rotor has a diameter of 20".

This is a photo of the Black Hawks' mini-gun which can be located on both sides of my model right behind each of the pilot seats.

I also made my model with working pilot doors as you can see from this photo.

In this photo you can see the arm mechanism which extends when the soldiers are going to use the rappel rope. My model includes a working rappel rope as well.

This is a photo demonstrating the arms extended and ready to deploy the rappel rope.

I elevated my model to demonstrate that the rope actually does deploy with enough rope to spare as you can see from the photo.

This is a rear view of the engines, if you look closely underneath the left exhaust port you will see the lever to the winch which is to deploy and retract the rappel rope.

The following photos are different angles of the Black Hawk. Enjoy.

===========================================UPDATE=============================================

This is my Black Hawk armed with the four strike pylons which can be fitted with an array of options, in this case two extra fuel pods for extended range and two missle pods.

Quoting James Peli hey man nice job, i saw one of these things up close for real very authentic, listen I was wondering if you could give me some form of instructions for this black angel, I'm doing this project that requires a black hawk, I've been asking around a lot but havent been successful, I would give you full credit and everything, please and thanx man!!!!! :D
I'd love to help you out, but the problem is that, once I build something, I don't usually remember but that's not to say I wont try helping you out, I'll try recreating it as best as possible on LDD and I'll try to post the instructions asap, but I am currently really busy, so I can't make any promises, I'm getting ready to ride the real thing soon as an actual soldier, so yeah lots of work between now and when I ship out. Like I said though, I'm going to do my best to help you out.

Few bits here and there: When viewed from the side the nose is a little too sleek...I think it's the angle of the windshield. From the top, the body should smoothly taper from the engines down the tail. In all, excellent model. The working rappel lines are a nice touch, and the engines look pretty good. Nice build!

I'v always wanted to make one of these. Anyhow, the rappel system is genius, it's so well built, and I like how you can retract it! The model itself is very accuret, great job man. I love your mocs.

I appreciate all the positive feed back, and unfortunately I wish I could place a window piece but I do not have any that would fit, nor do I believe that Lego even makes a window piece that would fit. Thanks again for those of you who leave comments. -STEVEN.
