That depends on how big a circle you want. I've spend quite a few on this half-circle tower. If you want to do something like this, then make sure you've got hundreds of the round 1x1 bricks. I recall having some 12-15 in each layer - when doing a full circle test.

I like that technique. The yellow does look better the longer I look at it. I think the number of pieces per layer can vary dependant on what size the circle is. There must be a minimum but hardly any maximum. The nice thing about that technique is you can also make undulating walls. see ya. garth

Can annywone tell me how many of those 1x1 round bricks and 1x2 bricks you need for a full circle?? and by the way, nice moc you got there.

nicely done, I want to use that building technique too but I don't have enough round 1x1 bricks is one color to make it look like something.
