This was built in August 2008, but I never had the time to post it. So... this is my fourth Micro-scale Ship, and I hope it's better than the others ! The pics aren't perfect, I know, but unfortunately I haven't got a lot of time for Lego since a month, even if I've got a lot of projects ! Hope you'll enjoy this MOC ---- PS This ship has been MOC of the day on November 5, 2008 - Yeah thanks everybody for the comments ;-)
About this creation
My previous ship had'nt got a name, and everybody asked me to give names to my future ships.
But I must admit I haven't found a good name for this one ...
Maybe it could be the "Kelso XK-1" - mwahaha - Could be a tribute to the God of Micro-scale ships, who has gave me kind advices on my previous ships - Thanks again Mark, hope you'll enjoy this one if you see it.
I know it's not a very complicated build, but I think the shape is not too bad... I spend time on the details too.
For the moment, I always use this color-scheme for my Ships, but maybe in the future, I'll do some funky ones, using yellow, red, or blue.
Don't know what to add, so I let you enjoy the pics :)
A great thanks to everybody for your kind words, especially Dave & John :-D

A true classic! J-P, you built this around the same time Johnny and I started here on MOCpages...and you've been such a Good Friend and strong supporter of ours for the last two years...Merci Beaucoup! There aren't many MOCs out there that deserve to be MOTD TWICE...but this is most definitely one of them! We've all enjoyed so many of your great works, and sincerely hope to see many, many more in the future!
Very cool ship! It's similar to a Megathron. If you don't know what that is, try searching "eve online Megathron pics"...if your interested. And if it was intentional I also have a Tristan that I did last month you may be interested in. Either way, cool build, thanks!
In your intro, you said the pics were bad. I, for one, beg to differ. YOUR PICS ROCK!!! I LOVE THIS SHIP!!! 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000/5! I don't even know how to say that!!!!!
well, its the 3rd, and we got till the 5th. I wish you luck, and you probably don't need it to destroy me. Let the best man win! (and btw, awesome job on these mocs. when i was assaigned against you, I almost - ALMOST- wet myself looking at the most popular. This should be fun.)
Wow, Crismo, this reminds me a lot of not only something that Mark Kelso would do but, oddly enough, it also reminds me of something that a guy by the name of Daniel Jassim would build, too. How much firepower does this thing have anyway? If this thing has a lot of guns and if it will launch lots of little vehicles, then I would suggest using the name of the Aggressor as the name of this particular vessel. What do you think of the name, Crismo? Please let me know. Thank you for your response. Now I got to get back to a few quickie MOCs and make a sort of vignette (I have not tried it before on here, so it will be a first time for me) on something that is LEGO Space-themed.
hey, crimso, i think that you asked to tell you when i was done with that dropship of mine, and i just want to give you an uptdate that im about 7/8 done, i just have to add the engines and make some drop pods
Another great addition to the collection! I think your color work is the best yet (enough for some variety without being busy...perfect), and you've got some great shapes working within ship. I like some of your parts usage as well, with various modified bricks, wedges, and arches. You've also managed to create a very boxy looking ship without it feeling the least bit awkward...looks like it SHOULD be boxy (which often isn't the case when builders come up with the shapes for their Micros). Just a great build all around. Although I should mention that while I'm honored to be the name sake for this masterpiece, I think "the Phipson" might be more appropriate...I mean it is MICROSCALE!
Bravo ;)
As usual this model has some amazing detail in the weapons and around the bridge area. The color scheme is at its best here as well. What's with the two square ports in the front -- is it a carrier? Nice work!
OH...MY..GOSH!!!! That's awesome! Great amount of detail put into this! The shape is also great as well as the color. My only complaint is the schosh pics. (Got that word from Mark Kelso) See ya later, and keep stcking the bricks! ~Phong Chang
This is too good man... no it's too GREAT! Oh God! it's not only better than your other Micro-Scale ships.. it's your best one.. even your best MOC ever in my opinion! how did you wait till now to post THIS!!?? i never could! this is just so awesome, so detailed, so accurate, so everything... :p just keep buildin' like THIS >>> Peace.. Fofo
Now that's one fine piece of microscale! Although, if you're gonna name it after Kelso, it should be the "KY-1". Funny, my first moc (that I never posted, took pics of and have since torn down for parts) looked very similar to this. Not nearly as cool mind you. Can't wait to see what else you've got in the works! ~ Chris.
