About this creation
Sarah Palin: "The Wink Heard Around The World"

On October 2nd 2008, U.S. vice-presidential candidates Sarah Palin (Governor of Alaska) and Joe Biden (Senator, Delaware) participated in a live televised debate at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Palin winked quite a few times. Rather cheekily. To mark this moment in history, here is one of her trademark winks, captured in LEGO.

It was so cool to see this at BbtB! (And to meet you, of course!) I don't recall seeing the glasses today, but I might have just missed them. When your eyes go back and forth from the real picture to the Lego one, the Lego version looks more and more real! Cool! See you in two years :)

Awesome MOC! I really hope Palin gets the Republican nomination in 2012. That will guarantee a Republican minority of another generation.

I frankly can't stand McCain or Palin. I'm for Obama 100%. Anyway, back to LEGO, :P you've done a great job here! I especially like the suit. And clever piece use for the hair.

Exellent work, but if this woman gets vice president of the USA, then I´ll see no good end, because I´m a Obama fan, I know that I´m German and can´t do anything but still I´m a Obama fan. So or so great work on the head.

Im rather impressed with which pieces you used to create details like hair. Thats pretty kick-awesome... although I kinda figured MOC pages was my last refuge from politics...
