Starbucks Mosaic
Starbucks Mosaic
About this creation

A LEGO mosaic of the world famous Starbucks logo. The older MOC page images were not linked correctly. This is an updated page. The start of the mosaic, which uses four of the 48x48 large gray baseplates. Working on the lettering.

The completed mosaic laying on the table. It was built with only three colors of Black, White and Green and required the consumption of 6 grande lattes to complete.

Laying on the table, showing each of the four unconnected panels.

The mosaic was to be installed in one of the retail Starbucks facilities in Southern California, which unfortunately fell through. However, it did get installed in the regional Starbucks facility in Huntington Beach, CA. Here I am nailing the thing to the wall in their conference room.

I am finishing the installation by using duct-tape, super glue, a nail gun and flame thrower.

A shot of the Starbucks regional manager, a LEGO nerd and his son... and the installed mosaic in the background.

The original Starbucks logo from which the LEGO mosaic came to life. It's latte time!
