The I Heart U building!
This skyscraper boasts 9 floors of 219 to 239 square dot luxury condos, parking, shops, monorail station, and restaurant.
Seen below are some relatively finished images, plus some earlier photos of the original design in a mishmosh of colors.
Modeled after Chicago's Lake Point Tower, you can see the basic heart shape warranting the name.
Unlike most LEGO skyscrapers, this is not a shell... rather individual floors,
fully furnished and decorated, and without holes in the floor that tend to be left in most non-square LEGO buildings.
I Heart U was capped at 9 floors so that it would fit in our LEGO town, just inches from the cieling. The building is fully functional, opening from multiple sides for interior play.
Now working on my next project, the Legoland International Airport (LIA).

AMAZING Lego building. The round shape makes it so interesting to look at. |

This is a masterpiece indeed! I love the whole radius design, very clever, and it really delivers! |

I think my favorite thing about your building is that you're not satisfied with just the outside of a building. No, you have to fill it up with furniture, actual rooms, minifigs, and whatever else you feel like. |

This is a masterpiece. Regarding the shortage of comments here: I know for my part, I easily get lost among the thousands of great MOCs, and find it hopeless to discover everything. But thanks for bringing my attention here. This was definitely worth discovering.
(BTW: I would love to see some small knick knack outside near the arch, say a fountain or statue.)
