Pelican Dropship
The Pelican Dropship from Halo and Halo 2.
About this creation
Background:

The Pelican Dropship is the primary means of insertion into the battlefields. The Pelican carries up to 6-8 troops (Judging from in the game), a pilot, and a co-pilot. In the tail end, it can carry various UNSC vehicles such as a Scorpian Tank or a Warthog. According to the books, Pelicans have a chain gun mounted on the bottom of the cockpit. The thrusters rotate and have VTOL capabilities.

MOC:

As far as I know, this is the largest Pelican MOC made to date. Just like in the games, it has rotating thrusters and can carry 6 troops. It also can carry my Warthog v1.5 and two piltos/co-pilots. I decided to modify this with flares mounted on the wings. I thought they would be interesting. 64 studs from cockpit to back thrusters, and 34 studs from wingtip to wingtip. Also, it has a door tha leads from the cockpit to the troop bay (Pics for that very soon). I has a more accurate windshield design before, but it has an opaque design with several holes in it.

As you can see, this dropship has all the new 2553 bonus upgrades, but you don't want that floor model...

I still don't understand the purpose of the orange dots that were but on the Peli.

Ignore the two reviews below mine. This isn't the best pelican I've seen, but it's still one of the better ones. Congrats on getting random MOC of the day, heh.
