About this creation

Jabba the Hutt would often take his Sail Barge out into the Dune Sea to either conduct senstive meetings, dispose of malcontents or simply for murder missions. It was also his choice of travel when going to his townhouse in Mos Eisley.

Shortly before the Battle of Endor, Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker and his associates invaded Jabba the Hutt's palace in order to rescue Han Solo. Jabba was not willing to let Solo go, and Luke and company found themselves prisoners of Jabba.

The Sarlacc is an ancient creature found in the Dune Sea on Tatooine. Victims of it would find themselves being slowly digested over 1000 years.

I'd like to give full credit to Gareth Bowler for inspiring the way I made the rear of the Barge. The sails are made from something called 'Funfoam'. You can get it at any store that sells craft supplies. Purists may wince at the use of the foam but TLG uses it quite a bit in their scala and Belville sets.

Are those Klaatu, Barada, and Nikto things named after the line from 'The day the Earth stood still"? (Gort, klaatu barada nikto!)

great moc but the last pic is all wrong the guy with the green face is not a klaatu hes a nikto and his name is klaatu and that other black guy is not barada because barada is a klatoonian not a human.

WOW thats amazing. Ironicly, i jsut watched return of the jedi last night...anyways..does it have an interior? you should take pictures of the interior...or make one if there isnt yet..and put jabba !! i like the other mocs too!!!!!!!!!!!

That is amazing! As a big fan of Star Wars myself, I love your MOCs, they look just like the movies. oOw all you need to do is make a minifig-scale Death Star :p.
